Do you offer free samples?
We do not have a free sample program. However, all customers get 15% off their first order by signing up for our email newsletter. We also recommend our starter kits—they include sample sizes of all our favorite products!

We ship from our warehouse in Ontario, California.
How do I see my order status?
You can track your order HERE. Your tracking number is also in the shipping confirmation email we send you. If you didn’t receive the email or need help finding the tracking number, please contact us at service@runyepet.com.
How long do orders take to fulfill?
Orders take an average of 2-4 business days to fulfill.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
We understand the frustration of not receiving your order. Here are the steps to resolve the issue:
